Unlike the traditional bone broths from the supermarket shelves, we are not filtering our broth for the clearest liquid! The white blobs/thin layer on top is actually the healthy fat extracted from the bones, connective tissues and muscles. Tallow (from beef) or Schmaltz (from chicken) is what our grandmas strived for, helped provide depth, flavor and healthy fats to the palate or dish!

Our broths are conveniently shelf-stable for up to one year from the production date! You can keep them right in your pantry so they’re always there when you need a quick, nourishing meal base. No fridge space required until you’re ready to enjoy.

Once you’ve opened a bottle, simply pop it in the fridge. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend consuming it within 7 days.

Absolutely! If you only need a splash for a recipe, you can freeze the remaining broth in an airtight container or even an ice cube tray for easy "flavor bombs" later on. We recommend not freezing them in the glass jar as the broth could expand and crack/shatter the jar when unopened or full.
